We have never been there before and I have a couple questions. 1. How safe is the Pathy on a trailer near Long Point? 2. Any fishing help/recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you. Miss Jazzy Posted June 20, 2023 Report Share Posted June 20, 2023 Well first of all it’s going to be crazy packed that weekend. I personally quit going to PC years ago because of all the craziness. Fishing wise if the weather permits there are a ton of public near shore reefs that you can easily reach. Water gets deep pretty quick so you want have to run very far. Red snapper’s should be an easy target. Stop by Half Hitch tackle and ask those guys, they are usually pretty helpful as to what to look for.
