Headhunter Posted July 22, 2023 Report Share Posted July 22, 2023 A little guidance please. Went fishing this morning. All good except that the Yamaha control panel went blank. I get fuel level and trim (trim bar blinks), speed. I know the speed is coming from the gps so that interface works. No rpm, temp, voltage. Anyone trouble shoot this that can give me some direction? George Seither Posted July 22, 2023 Report Share Posted July 22, 2023 Only things I can think of are check connections and spray with electrical cleaner or wd 40, see if the engine dropped a fuse that supplies the gauge. Headhunter Posted July 22, 2023 Author Report Share Posted July 22, 2023 Thanks George. I think its either something from the ecm on the motor or the gauge itself. The gauge has power and some functions from different sources but not the engine functions. I did look and check the fuse for the controller and the connections.
