blue tail
Does anybody know the size of the gas shock used for the release well hatch compartment? I had one break off this past weekend. 2016 model 23 HPS Thanks Todd
SCFD rtrd.
The make, model and weight of the gas shock is stamped on the shock. Well, mine are.
blue tail
Thanks. Unfortunately, I am not near my boat and was trying to get one before I made the trip.
SCFD rtrd.
I keep my boat at our condo about 150 miles from home, so can't help with that today. But we have other forum members with 23 HPS's. Surely one of those guys will try to help. Here's a tip for you. before you install the new shock and hardware coat it with Shark-Hide. I had to replace one years ago and discovered several other shocks with rust on the shock or hardware. I cleaned up the rust, applied Shark-Hide and they still look new after several years.
