Wanaflatsfish Posted August 4, 2023 Report Share Posted August 4, 2023 Had a problem with my Starboard Blade....called PP and we conducted some diagnostic activities.....decision made to send it back to the mothership... Sent on Monday PM from FLL FEDEX at 430 pm....arrived 1030 hours Tuesday....they called me Wed a.m. and I gave them my Credit Card.... Arrived back on Thursday a.m......they rebuilt the pump....valves were not working properly.... Installed in 20 minutes.....ready to feeesssssh..... thanks Colby and JL Marine Team.....they are great...they take notes in the system so each time, they know what the previous Tech told me.....
