Wife has helped me decide to sell the skiff and get something more family friendly. We have a new boat now but I've been procrastinating as it pains me to sell. I will add more detailed pics soon.

2001 Pathfinder 17T Tunnel
I purchased this boat in 2007 (I believe from the original owner) The boat hasn't seen much use and I'd say is in more than above average condition based on age and other examples. Boat did sit several years inside garage from 2008 due bad original motor and was brought back to life in 2016 when I replaced the original blown C50 Yamaha with a newer 2005 Yamaha 50HP. Documentation of that resurrection can be seen on Microskiff. Since then it has been stored outside but cleans up well. The boat sits on a 2000 MagicTilt Aluminum Trailer That has new bunk hardware (only front hardware installed at the moment as no way to lift off the rear of the trailer) 2 new complete hub assemblies direct from MagicTilt (never seen water) and two new tires with 5 miles on them all installed in June of this year.

Stringers:
I have never heard any sounds from this hull that would indicate any stringer issues whatsoever! In addition, all common folklore about 17T's indicates the stringer issue was present on the earlier model years only and had been corrected by 2001.

Issues:
Lowrance chartplotter display quit working years ago, but is still mounted as is a through hull transducer model unknown.

Lenco trim tabs no longer work. I've made no attempt to repair but could be just corroded terminals or switches.

Steering is Not frozen but a bit stiff. It isn't the tilt tube, but I think a combination of both the steering cable and motor pivot bracket themselves. I did remove the cable at the motor and it was a little stiff side to side but also was the steering wheel while disconnected.

There is a quarter size area just under the bow rub rail, on the upper keel where the fiberglass is damaged. I believe this was there when I bought it. Since it's far above the waterline I've never attempted to repair, and historically the hull never took on water or drained any water after a day on the water when drain plugs removed.

There are a few areas of gelcoat repair visible on the transom hump. These areas are exactly the same since I purchased the boat in 2007, no cracking or evidence of movement at all. Just not a great color match making them visible.

The last few times out there has been some water draining out when plugs removed, but I'm attributing this to the brass drain plug housings needing sealed again after 23 years.

Motor runs great now, but I do have a brand new Yamaha carb rebuild kit I will include with sale.

Oil injection is sill intact and functional.

There is one bolt head broken off one of the water jacket bolts that also serves to hold the upper oil tank mount. I broke it while attempting to track down a oil leak that turned out to only be me overfilling the tank. This bolt only weeps a trace about of water during operation. I made no attempt to repair as I didn't want to go down a rabbit hole.

I'm being brutally honest here and as I read this I feel like I'm painting a bad picture. I'm sure I'll remember/discover a few details as I work to get her cleaned up for pictures, but this a great example of a classic Pathfinder 17T. Other than the trolling motor mount and plug, there are no random holes drilled anywhere on the boat.
