2004 Cobia 21'7" center console

The 2 hatches in the front are they for dry storage or fish boxes? Reason I ask is both boxes drain super slow, so when I wash down the boat, I have to leave open for a day or so to let them dry out. I have removed hoses and blew water and air thru them, so they are clean but water only dribbles from side ports.

Probably dry storage if the drains don’t have a screen or slotted cover on them.. 

Try back-feeding a piece of mono or lil zip tie in the drain.  There is a world or crap that gets collected at the narrow points, and the mud wasps are never your friend.
