nicecast
Anyone have their Armstrong or Garelick ladder bracket on the PORT side? Do you have a picture you could post or send me? My PowerPole is on the starboard side so am just trying to find the location to mount my Armstrong bracket on the port side. Please post here or email to nicecast13@yahoo.com Thanks for any help! fishinbill85
I'm interested in this also being as my setup is similar, and I'm wanting a dive ladder of some kind. I am sealing off the port livewell and disconnecting the drain and water and was thinking of cutting an access hatch in the back wall of it so I could get to the meat of that side of the transom for whatever reason. Bamaskeet
My bracket is mounted on the starboard side near the serial number tag. It doesn't interfere with my PowerPole. I would strongly suggest a small swim platform on the port side instead of a bracket.
RodWorks
On my '03 I was able to mount on the port side by reaching through the center motor well access. I used the extended Armstrong mount to clear the trim tab.
hurricane
I put one on the port side on the 07' Pathfinder I sold. I had to upsize the bilge access, stand on my head, and reach in to a point I don't think I could ever reach again. It was not easy, and I don't think I would do it again. But I did it.......... FishEyez
I had the removable dive/sport ladder mounted on the starboard side on my 22TE. The powerpole was on the same side and did not interfere with getting in or out of the boat.
nicecast
Thanks for the replies. I may try to make it work on the starboard side. Access sure is easier! My PP is on a bracket so it is a tight fit.
