Reel Reel Gone
My 2021 Cobia 237 is not wired to combine the house and engine batteries. Is there a reason for this? Can I add a jumper from the house battery to the #2 combine post? Thanks in advance for any help.
jh141
That is not an easily answered question. It would take some testing fore sure. Most setups I have seen using Two switches involves a trolling motor battery bank. My suggestion is to not do anything unless a competent Marine Electrician is involved.

George Seither
I could be wrong but House side of the vessel is usually isolated from the engine batteries so if something happens the engines will run to get you in. Is there an issue with the house batteries?
