I have a Simrad NSS evo3S 9" unit that is a little over 2 years old. My saved Tracks have all changed to flat lines from one turn to another and are totally unusable. Simrad does not seem to have an answer. Have updated software. anybody else have this problem?

I have the same NSS evo3S unit, but 12", and mine at random times will lay down a wide black track, while at other times it is just the typical thinnest of thin lines. It is annoying, but I gave up trying to troubleshoot the problem.
