wthree3
Don't know if they are the right size but TACO Marine and Boat Outfitters sell them.
pbspecial
I just bought one of these on Amazon and it works great. Slightly longer than stock but it fits all the way down to the top flare on the rod holder. two pics attached. You can see how the new one is just about flush with the top of the rod holder and the stock pathfinder insert sits down about 15mm below the top. not cheap at $18 but it works and I have been unable to find one from pathfinder. Try Wallaby's Fabrication in Fort Pierce. I was told they build the aluminum frame for the Pathfinder T-Tops. They may know. By the way, I bought a 2600 earlier this year and noticed those liners can easily come out when pulling out a rod so I used clear silicone and glued them to the rocket launchers.
