Sunset Isle

Sunset Isle is a small community located in Florida’s Panhandle at the mouth of the Carrabelle River in Carrabelle, FL. If you enjoy inshore or offshore fishing,you will love Carrabelle; “It’s the drinkin’ town with a fish’n problem”

 

All sites are full hookups 50amp electric, city water city sewer & dumpster, $1100 @ month.

 

Sunset Isle has a total of 56 privately owned sites and is a gated community. We have a large pool with a smaller pool opening hopefully this summer (2024). There is also a cook shack for those times when you want to get together and spread out a bit more. The cook shack is a screened in kitchen and seating area.

 

There is also a HOA-owned dock that you can fish from. Folks have caught red fish, trout, and blue crabs from the dock.

 

This is a pet friendly community where we only ask that your pet be leashed and you clean up after them.

 

We are close to locally owned shops and restaurants in Carrabelle and Apalachicola. The beaches in this area have been ranked as some of the best in our nation. Carrabelle Public Beach is about a 2-minute drive, while St. George Island Beach is about 25 minutes, both are dog friendly.
