2700 - console bait tank and rear fish box sealing questions

Hey all - I love my 2700 and have found the ride layout and most everything else exceptional - however, I'm struggling with a couple elements that I wanted to see if anyone had experience / tips on:

1. Have people been able to pressurize their leaning post tank without water spilling on the deck? I'm trying to figure out if I need to improve the seal and latch down on the cover or if its just a matter of decreasing flow into the tank so there's not so much pressure on the lid. I've tried backing it off and getting the right balance but it still leaks.

2. Has anyone been able to waterproof the rear fish boxes? Mine get water in them even when just washing down the boat - when the center console baitwell spills while running they also get water in them - I can't tell if its from the seal (which I've tried to improve) or the drain system (could it be backflowing from the cockpit drains?)

Thanks!
