whichwaysup
Moved down hear just over a year ago - fishing is like nothing I've ever experienced before. Now that pics are little easier to upload, thought I'd share some of the fun. Pretty cool to catch Striper, Flounder, Trout, and Reds in the same place you can catch Bass, Gar, and White Perch. bernieNC
And you have only scratched the surface. Just think what fishing would be like if we had decent fisheries management!!!

Craigs
Quality-of-life in Eastern NC is hard to beat for a family that likes being on the water. So much water to enjoy, not a lot of boats out there
whichwaysup
Definitely hard to beat! Moved to Wilmington two weeks ago - got to learn new water all over again now! I keep seeing reports from the Pamlico and man, they are on fire up there again.
ncdrew
Yeah you moved into a whole different realm. Lots of people, boats, and fishing pressure. You'll be ready to make some trips back up where you've been fishing. I head down to Georgetown/Charleston to get my inshore fixes. The fishing nearshore here can be awesome though.
