Mellow Yellow 1806V
I just picked up a 2003 1806V with a 2002 90hp yamaha 2 stroke. With 3 people in the boat I can only turn 4800 rpms and with just me I can turn 5100 rpms. I feel like it is a little over propped. I've looked all over for the size and pitch but can't find it anywhere on the prop. It's a stainless 3 blade. What's everyone running with this same set up? What's a good match? I just don't want to strain a motor that's already 14yrs old. Also what rpms do i need to turn to get maximum fuel economy. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Bayrunner
I have the same boat and motor set up, 2002 model and can only get 4600 rpm with a light load and trimmed. Prop is 3 blade Stainless Steel and I don't see any size markings. I too wonder what prop would get higher numbers.
