SCFD rtrd.
Does anyone have Ray's email address at the MBC factory. Some thief stole my factory installed cooler the other night. Need a replacement. Thanks in advance.

JEM
I could be wrong, but I have always been under the impression that you had to order parts and stuff through a dealer because the factory did not sell directly to the end user boat owner. For example, I added gas shocks to all my hatches. I could have ordered them from other suppliers online, but I found out they were cheaper by getting them from MBG through my local dealer. 2Skinny
I have one for sale if it's the same style cooler you are looking for. Listed in classifieds if you want to look.
slyshon
Ray's email is rayres@maverickboatgroup.com. As stated above, on items like that your best off purchasing through a big box store as we are not set up as a retail outlet. Skip
SCFD rtrd.
When I get a new cooler, does anyone have an idea of how to secure it so it's not stolen again?????????? Presently I have the four holes in the floor and you insert a quarter-turn gizmo to secure the cooler to the floor. Some thief just removed the quarter turn gizmos and walked off with my front cooler.

Grab your favorite beverage, sit back, and enjoy the show. Just kidding, of course......well......
wayne
I think I would go 220v, and maybe keep some standing water around your boat so he gets a good ground.. This way you would only have to tell them once that its a bad idea to take peoples stuff..
linesider 159
Replace it and set up a stake out at the scene of the crime! Why not just remove cooler from boat?
conocean
Remove it after every use! I'd never leave my Yeti or Engel in my boat when it's stored and expect either cooler to be there the next day.
Wanaflatsfish
Coolers and Trolling motors are always removed from my boat.... I figure I"m paying myself $300 everytime I lift the Yetti and $2500 each time I lift off the Ulterra.. Only takes 5 min to someone to grab and go.. Local thieves are becoming more attuned to the value of our goodies.... dc
FunFlatsFishing
This is the route I went. At the very least, it keeps the honest people honest. http://yeti.com/security-cable-lock-bracket
SCFD rtrd.
Well, fortunately I didn't have a high-end cooler. It was an Igloo, but the kicker is that I have to buy a new cooler, then order material and have a seat cushion made to match the existing upholstery. So, basically the cooler and seat cushion didn't have any real re-sale value for the thief. However, I will find a way to secure the new stuff. With regard to securing my trolling motor, I don't have a removable mount, mine is thru-bolted with lock nuts.
Nauti
Check with 2Skinny, I think he's stolen a couple of those and might part with one (maybe exactly like they one you're missing).
