Hull warranty transferable?

I'm looking at buying a 2011 pathfinder 2000v.  Sounds like a lifetime warranty on hull... what does that cover more specifically? and is the warranty transferable? If so what needs to be done to transfer it successfully? Thanks much

I am not sure about lifetime warranties anywhere in boating.. 5's and 10's have been offered.  For details, call the factory and ask about the 2011's.

I know several manufacturers with lifetime warrantys. MBC offers a 5 year warranty, which I'm 99% sure is non transferable (I stand corrected, it is transferable). Motor warranty, if any, is still transferable for a small fee (fee is for yamahas).

The warranty is transferable as long as the boat is still in the original warranty period.  We require the boat be inspected at one of our dealers.
