Chuck59
Can anyone tell me of a Yamaha 90 or 115 four stroke could clear the poling platform when raised. I have a 2003 Redfisher with factory platform. Thanks
MPFit
I've got an 06 18 Redfisher with the 150 vmax and stock poling platform (lower one for boats without jackplate) and that cowling is huge- clears the platform trimmed all the way up with an inch or two to spare. not sure how much that helps you. polliwog
That's a question for Skip, he will know for sure. I have a 20ft LT that was just repowered with a 150 Yamaha, which is very tall and it has several inches to spare. I realize this is apples to oranges, but my LT is a 1998,so it was before the 4 stroke era.
slyshon
The 90 will for sure, not so sure about the 115. Measure the height from the deck to the top of the platform rig, should be about 34". Skip
