localangler
The starboard side trim tab has stopped working on the pathy. It still powers up when the button is pressed but it will not go up or down. I didn't see a part number on the actuator, any ideas on how to figure out which one I have? The boat is an 07 22TE

hawg
I had a similar problem with a set of 2 year old Lenco tabs. The motor still turned, but the gears had shed teeth due to corrosion. Water was getting past the 2 o-rings which are supposed seal the motor and gears. Lenco was very helpful in telling me to go buy a new actuator. Six months later the 2nd actuator failed in a similar fashion. I removed the Lencos and replaced them with Bennett hydraulics.
