Share something good with y'all:

My Port side trim tab actuator stopped working.  Called Jim at Lenco customer service.  Left him a message to call me.  He called back in 30 min.  He asked how old my boat was, (7/13), he told me to fill out the online RGA/warranty form, attach my original bill of sale, reference his name, (Jim), and he would take care of it.  I took off the actuator, sent it to Lenco with the Lenco RGA paperwork; they received in on Thursday, shipped my replacement on Friday and I received it the following Thursday.  (I'm in Houston).  18 hour turn-a-round!  Sent me a brand new actuator......That is customer service!  Kudos to Jim and the team at Lenco!!!!  

I sent Jim an email of thanks and asked what had happened to the actuator.  He told me one of the gears broke and he did not know what would cause that to happen so they replaced it.

As info, the actuator would run but would not extend so I knew it was the problem.....
