Wanaflatsfish
a few years ago I had the opportunity to see both a sunset and moon rise at the same time.... One coming up over the mangroves from the east....the sun going down in the west....it was spectactular dc
Big Dave
Me too--camping at the South Joe River Chickee on a full moon night--sun setting to the west, big full moon to the rear of the chickee, rising in the east. Just beautiful!
conocean
I've seen a moonset/sunrise and sunset/moonrise a few times in the ENP when I've camped aboard my boat or on a chickee.....it is definitely an awesome experience that I miss! I'm now spoiled by having a fish camp set-up only 100' away from my boat slip at CIP. Nothing better than waking up on a luxury mattress with a pot of coffee waiting for me and no bugs or morning dew to fight while only being minutes away from 10,000 great spots to fish
