Chopski
Been going through these cheap ones too fast and they're just not working good enough. Any ideas? Something ideally 1"-1.5" wide and .5"-.75" tall. Something I could even cut to size?

Chopski
The top of the trimlok is missing but the depth the hatch is going down it wouldn't matter if it was there anyways. Wouldn't be thick enough. Almost like the lip on the hatch is too big. The rubber bump stops on there don't last long.
HoneyB
How flat is the surface on the lid that sits on the bump stop. you need a nice flat surface there. get a nice rubber plug cut to size and it should last if the surface that sits on there is flat. Chopski
Something else I just thought of is why don't I just pick up some scrap starboard in probably 1/2" thickness, cut to size with hole saw then countersink hole and mount how I have em now. Thoughts? Then don't have to worry about soft rubber.
