Gatorfireman
Has anyone installed some kind of rod sleeves or tubes so the rods don't get tangled in the rod lockers on a newer 2200 TE? Thanks
Dawgfan
I just use rod covers....easy fix. I have 5 rods in each of my rod lockers......no problem and it offers a small amount of protection..... http://www.tackledirect.com/vrx-fishing-rgc-rod-glove-casting-model.html?gclid=CO3x4uWmndMCFQkwaQod37sAsg
bernieNC
Same here. I use Rod Sox which look to be a little priceyer than the ones listed above but I do like the rubber "collar" at the reel end. It helps keep hooks from snagging. I also keep no less than 5 in each locker.
cadd
It can be done and I've seen a post in the distant past but it's a lot of custom work. Rod sleeves are a cheap and pretty good option
HoneyB
Great Lakes Skipper has a lot of rod holder storage tube set ups. I am not sure if they could be altered to do what you need.
