Josh B Posted April 27, 2017 Report Share Posted April 27, 2017 I've had my 23 HPS out 65 miles in the gulf once and several times to the 40 mile range... It's all relative to conditions. Running a 2400 TRS offshore to the 15-25 mile range shouldn't be a problem if the weather is appropriate and you are prepared. Having a float plan written up, working radio and proper safety gear it really shouldn't be a concern, you just need to pick your days. Josh B.
