Waterman18 Posted August 12, 2017 Report Share Posted August 12, 2017 Trying to set my trailer bunks appropriately....should the bunks be directly under the strakes like this Or sitting to the outside next to strake like this the Ameritrail trailers have 2 sets of rear bunks so it's supported both places I think. Without knowing the year, he flatly stated to support on stringers, which on their boats, are located directly below the outside edges of the console. slyshon Posted August 14, 2017 Report Share Posted August 14, 2017 I believe you are good, hard to tell from the pictures but it looks like your bunks are just outboard of the first set of lifting strakes which is good, directly under the stringers.
