flatwater
Not mine but it could be a good deal for someone if they are able to get the motor checked out.. plus it's a dual rod locker. http://fortmyers.craigslist.org/lee/boa/d/1997-maverick-master-angler/6277256765.html
triplec
Looks like mine! They are a tad hard to find in the dual RL model. That would be ideal for someone looking to repower I would think if everything checked out.
Nag Juice
Seems like a good price. I'm curious about the Motor and how hard that boat was run. I bet that seadek is worth more than the Motor.
linesider 159
Seems fair. Watch out for a poor running optimax. A stutter or cough can be 1 of 15 things lol once the issues are worked through they are great, but tracking them down can be tough. Lots of trial and error
FLDXT
Looks like a pretty darn good deal as long as their isn't any major issues with that opti.
whichwaysup
Even with issues, that boat is a good deal if the hull is in good shape. Repower that thing for 3-6K unless you really wanted to go to a 4 stroke and you still have some upside. I am always amazed that folks post pics of a dirty boat, though. Always makes me nervous. If dirt that is super easy to address isn't dealt with, what else is ignored? Having said that, I'd probably jump on it in a heartbeat if I were in the market, though I like the single rod locker a little more for the convenience of quick access on one side and security (and more storage) on the other. Lap it Up
I would have been all over it if I wanted a 18.5 Those Optis run really well when maintained correctly. They also sip fuel.

I agree. I never mind elbow grease though. I'll take a dirty boat if it's 3k cheaper than a clean one! Elbow grease is dirt cheap!

I agree about dirty boats, but nice also agree with getting the $ down because the owner is to lazy to properly clean their boat. The one thing it doesn't help with is getting the wife on board, dirty boats don't help sell the wife.
whichwaysup
I reached out to the seller to alert him to this post, hopefully we can get him on here to answer questions about the motor. Would sure love to see that boat make its way up to the NC waters!
