Charger 30A (10/10/10) / 12/24/36V 3 Bank 120V Input Marinco On-Board Battery | Marinco Power Products I replaced this charger (old one died) after 9 years with a similar one. After 3 months, one of the banks stopped charging. I have 3 AGM gr31 batteries. I contacted their warranty dept thru their website and got a reply the next day. After explaining what happened and fully expecting to have to ship the unit in for inspection, I got an email saying that they would ship me a new unit- throw away defective unit. No further questions. Now that's customer service! Refreshing!
