The hatch seals are in need of replacing on my 2002 24 Pathfinder. Who has done this and what product did you use? I found Trim-Lok hatch seal on line but I am unsure of what size to order. What size edge thickness (1/8", 3/16", or 1/4")? What size bulb (3/8" or 15/32")? Please let me know what is best.

I just did my 2001 2200v and used Mcmaster/Carr.  Product I used is 1120A321 and 1120A322.  Hope this is what you needed.

Where are the different gasket types used? Thanks

One has the bulb on the top and is used on the live well and both rear compartments, the other has the bulb on the side and is used on the rod lockers.  NOTE this is on a 2001 2200V.  Hope this is the info you needed.

10-4 thanks. I have an '03 2400 but your explanation seems to be the same as what I see on mine. Very excited to get those replaced..

My advise on these seals...Do not buy the McMaster seals that state that they have a vinyl rubber grip material.

The grip is vinyl rubber and the bulb is EPDM, two different materials that are glued together. The bulb and the grip material separate extremely easily and you'll forever be super glueing them back together.

Only buy the ones that say they have a EPDM grip material. The EPDM ones have the same grip material as the bulb and both parts are  co-extruded forming a single piece therefore they will not separate.
