gambler1 Posted January 10, 2018 Report Share Posted January 10, 2018 Does anyone have any pics of an LSS2 Structure scan transducer on a 22' pathfinder? I have to replace mine on my 2007. Somehow it got broke where it was mounted on underside of strake flush mount. Will it work in the pocket area above the bilge drain? *** thing is about a foot long and I don't want it sticking out behind my transom just to get broke again. captpn Posted January 10, 2018 Report Share Posted January 10, 2018 this may help, its a similar hull and transducer. I put it in the pocket low and it works fine on plane. Bamaskeet Posted January 12, 2018 Report Share Posted January 12, 2018 There are five Pathfinders in the Birmingham area that are setup to striped bass fish using HDS 12's. After a number of experiments, everybody sets up their transducer per this picture. One of the secrets is mounting the side scan transducer at least 1/4" higher than the bottom of the hull.
