Lowcountry78
What do you guys have to protect your reels and/or fiberglass in your rod holders under the gunnel? I'm not looking to protect the entire area.....just the spots where the reels contact the fiberglass.
NCTribute
You can buy pieces of Seadek for $10 a piece, lure pad, works well. They make a reel pad that is $12.95, roughly the same size. http://www.seadek.com/c-5-sheet-material.aspx
Lowcountry78
I saw those.....I'm assuming I would need 2 per side, correct?
NCTribute
Depending on what type of reels you use, fly versus spinning and baitcast, you may need more. Fly reel will usually sit on the opposite side of the holders than other reels.
