They have a couple of brick and mortars here in KY and they run their trucks to satellite spots each week. We were able to talk them into coming to our town. Everything looked good and fresh. So I whipped up a little shrimp boil for 4 as well as some Shrimp Tchoupitoulas. both were great but looking at some other go to shrimp recipes? Have Big Green Egg, can grill.
