SouthernWake
Do you think this may work or is a terrible idea.... no matter what I do I cannot stop the back flow of water into the cockpit, ball scuppers both on the outside and inside the drain is where I'm at now. I am thinking of using a hole saw to cut an opening in the grate around all the drain holes and use a rubber kayak scupper to stop the water from coming back in. It should also be easily removable should I need to drain water out and could also help cleaning letting water flow out quicker with a larger opening. HoneyB
When you say inside the drain does that mean the floor drain with the ball in it? Those work better that the ones on the back of the boat .

HoneyB
I have see were other guys use rubber plugs in there scuppers. I suppose the only thing would be doing it in a way it looks good with the plugs in or out.
