Release Well?

My release well on my 95 bayfisher doesn't seem to be like a normal release well there is 1 drain hole and that's it. On the boats I've been on they have been set up just like a live well. What am I supposed to use this as? Or how am I supposed to use it as a release well?

I had a redfisher that did not have the release well plumbed. I bought a livewell kit from west marine and installed myself. One fill pump and one recirculation pump.

Thankyou that'd make much more use out of the space. 

Would you be able to give me a link to the exact products or tell me the brand?

Your also gonna need an overflow if you plumb it

Does yours have a drain built in already?

On the Bayfisher I had there was a small drain out the transom.  I had it plumbed with a "T" off the intake and had to run a hose to the well by drilling into the side of the well.  It worked well but I never really used it and when I put a new pump for the main well I never hooked the release back up.
