Planning stages on the next rod. This one will be girly, but it's going to be a very capable rod. 10-20lb line capable, Fuji KR concept guides, and a Shimano Stradic 3000 FJ reel. I have built 1 rod on this Lamiglas Inshore Cl***ic blank before, and it is to date my favorite. The feeling I get from that rod is great, every bump and twitch on that bait, I feel.

Got the "customer" final choice on the guide wrap. Next up, test casting.

After 2 p***:

Trade you one for a yellowtail trip :)

You bring the rods and boat....I'll bring the bait and chum... trust me, you'l get off cheaper (LOL)

I thought that was your typical deal without the rod? :)

Yeah, but, stakes are up with your rod building prowess :)

Yeck, it's cost me 1000 lbs of chum to learn what I know (LOL)

Last time I invited you fishing you gave some lame duck excuse about being in Guatamala or something. Burn me once, shame on you!

AAAAhhh....be nice or no secret spots for you :)

I'm a busy, international man of mystery - ala Austin Powers....

Heading back to Guatemala next week..maybe Key West this weekend for some tail'n with my bud's again....when you know what you are doing....people invite you :) (LOL)

Seriously, we can hook up sometime in August - good tail'n time and I'll be happy to go out if we can coordinate dates....

I'll bring the Chum and oats - you bring the boat and gas :)

Be happy to show you the little I actually know about fishing :)
