I think that is The Outboard Paint Shop. If there is a good body/paint shop near you they can probably do it. I know the shops that just paint outboards cost $$$ just like anything marine. If you can use a spray gun you can do it yourself and save some big $$$. I had to spray my cowl from some power pole marks and it may have cost $75 with enough leftover to do another one.
