Thanks! I have a few things to do:

I will need to (later, down the road):

• ·         rewire the whole boat (EZ, not many circuits)

• ·         replace the manual jack plate with a Bob’s Machine electro/hydraulic JP

• ·         replace the cable steering with a Baystar electro/hydraulic unit

• ·         Move the house batteries to the console from the starboard locker

• ·         Replace the bilge (1) & live well pumps (2) as they are fairly old. I’ll do this when I rewire

• ·         Enlarge the bilge access so I can get in there to work

• ·         Once I get all that done, fix some fiberglass deck issues and re-paint the boat

I’ll be busy for a while.

I'm going to be changing out some equipment on the boat. All of this gear is 2017 or newer.

• Motorguide 24V 54" Xi5 (non-GPS) wireless with one remote. Looks good but I just bought an Ulterra so it has to go.
• Garmin 7cv GPS fish finder with Clear-Vu & transducer. Nice looking unit but I'm a SIMRAD guy.
• Lenco (EARLY LENCO's, actuators are shot). The actual 12X9 trim tabs are in great shape though. Going with Bennett Bolts.
• Sound system (I have no idea what the components are but looks high end, Bazooka, Kenwood, JL, etc., I'll look at it more closely this weekend and make up a list). It's Bluetooth stuff.

I'll post the stuff in the appropriate sub-forums with prices.
