Motor not charging

My motor isnt charging the batt when running, was gonna change the rectifier before going on to stator, motor is a 99ox66 150. Have any if you guys ever changed one and if so is it pretty simple? Any help is appreciated. Battery voltage across terminals with motor running is 12.77 volts. Should around 13.6 or so from my research which is why i am figuring rectifier or stator. Would replace both if was taking to a shop which i may still do
