bernieNC Posted June 8, 2019 Report Posted June 8, 2019 Anyone move their trailer (22 Pathy) around with a golf cart(empty trailer of course). Tips? Pointers?
whichwaysup Posted June 8, 2019 Report Posted June 8, 2019 I can't see this ending well . . . edit: okay, just reread. Trailer only. whew!
MuddyBottomBluz Posted June 8, 2019 Report Posted June 8, 2019 Its empty, the Pathy is fine! Just like a car, just shorter turning radius. Good exercise moving that non-powered steering wheel back & forth.
Bamaskeet Posted June 9, 2019 Report Posted June 9, 2019 I move a big utility trailer around my yard with my golf cart. There is no reason you can't move a 1000 lbs. empty boat trailer around with a golf cart. You will have to lock out the brakes or you will not be able to back up.
F1sh0n Posted June 19, 2019 Report Posted June 19, 2019 Moving it no problem..... stopping it, well, that’s the real challenge isn’t it?

Compton Posted June 19, 2019 Report Posted June 19, 2019 It might be worthwhile to check out how the hitch is mounted to the golf cart. Mine is attached to the rear seat assembly and doesn't do well with much tongue weight.
