Good question... considering the condition, hours and price it seems like a deal to me. I think the 23 HPS is an incredible boat for the right people, but I also believe a large majority of the 23 HPS clientele have switched to buying the 25 Hybrid instead. But considering the price point, with options for a new 23 HPS there's a bunch of money to be saved buying a lightly used boat like this one.
