The f350 boat got 3.29 at cruise and generally the f350 is considered to be more thirsty. Speed about same and mercury better fuel economy at wide open. There are two links for the merc 2 different props. The bravo prop having the better top speed and if you compare the mph to fuel numbers the merc is better than the Yamaha.
