hurricane Posted May 4, 2019 Report Posted May 4, 2019 I have no idea what the vortex generator hull upgrades are, but I'm pretty sure I want them!

eightwt Posted May 4, 2019 Report Posted May 4, 2019 Small wedge that is glassed into the lower chine. Looks factory and helps tremendously. Reduces bow steer that the earlier models experienced. I had it done to my 2014 HPX-S and it’s great. Hard to see in the photo buts it’s the small wedge in the lower chine, just above the Maverick trailer decal.
Headhunter Posted July 24, 2019 Author Report Posted July 24, 2019 Bump. The boat now has 83 hours on it.
Headhunter Posted September 16, 2019 Author Report Posted September 16, 2019 Taking this one to the OT this year.
Headhunter Posted May 2, 2020 Author Report Posted May 2, 2020 I measured the trailer for another guy. From where the tongue breaks to the very end of the trailer (at the tie down ratchet) is 18 ft but the engine sets back a little further. I don't think 19 ft is doable.
Headhunter Posted June 2, 2020 Author Report Posted June 2, 2020 Couple of new pictures. The boat now has 99 hours.

Headhunter Posted June 11, 2020 Author Report Posted June 11, 2020 Thanks Bernie. I have a grandson staying with me and he is fish crazy so he is more than willing to scrub and polish. Our boats never looked so good.
