For the third time in a row, he has completely trounced me. He and his buddy managed 4 fish each, but had to have missed double that. Meanwhile, I managed one fish all day and missed a few. whichwaysup Posted February 11 Report Share Posted February 11 Well, since I am down a boat, buddy of mine took me out into his gheenoe. Mission was to get into the marsh, then hoof it to find reds on an extreme low. I had never done this and was nervous about getting stuck in pluff mud. To my surprise, all the creeks were firm and it was an amazing experience. We probably walked a mile or so exploring holes. At one junction, he went left and I went right. He found the fish, and I got skunked. He hollered like crazy but the wind was howling and I never heard him. Tide was turning so we both had to book it back to the boat.
